How this works: these are the things I keep putting off. Hit 🙌 Root for this on the ones you most want me to do. The more roots something gets, the sooner I have to actually do it. The blacked-out ones are secret for now; they unlock as I go. On The Map? You can see the whole thing now.

Become an extrovert
I go to events and I miss so many opportunities because I am an introvert. I do not go up and talk to the people I could learn the most from. Can an introvert actually change?

Work in Vietnam making rice noodles
I've been to Vietnam making rice noodles and was fascinated. I was too young to care back then, but I would love to go back and learn.

Start a restaurant
My channel is called Rollinjoint and a joint is a restaurant. I say that name out loud every single day and the restaurant still does not exist. Can I actually open one?

Learn all the regional Korean food in Korea
People ask me about Korean food every single day, and there are regional dishes I can describe that I have never once eaten. I have never gone and travelled my own country to eat them. Can I fill in the whole map, or will I stop after the easy regions?

Go to Yanji (it's very Korean)
I talk about Korean food in English all day, every day. In Yanji the street signs are still in Korean and families have stayed Korean there for a hundred years, and I have never gone to ask them how they did it. If I turn up as a stranger with a camera, will they let me in?

Find the best food in every London borough
I look at my own map of over 700 restaurants and the pins sit in the same few areas. People ask me for one good place near them and there are whole boroughs where I have nothing to give. Can I fill in all 33?
