For five years,
this line barely moved.

Not even a global Netflix hit moved it. Then, for one week — festival week — it hit its five-year peak. Attention doesn't mobilize people. Opportunity does. We built the door.

The 2027 concept

Not a festival in a hall.
A Korean neighbourhood — a district of doorways.

↑ Click each shop. Every shop has three parts: a story, something you make, something you take home. Brands shown are examples — nothing announced yet.
Walk the district
Story
Each shop opens with the story only that brand can tell.
You make
Something with your hands — the moment people film without being asked.
Take home
Proof you crossed the neighbourhood.
The postcard · every shop is a stamp
Postcard complete — you lived the whole neighbourhood. 🎁
Summer & autumn — a weekly ritual

포장마차 nights.
Every week. Under your roof.

A weekly Korean street-food market in the pojangmacha tradition, running through summer and autumn — small stalls, real cooking, week after week — building toward the four-day festival each spring. The festival is the peak. The market is the heartbeat. Truman Brewery doesn't host a Korean event; it becomes the home of Korean food in London, season after season.

What the venue gets · who's operating

What we're asking of Truman Brewery

Let's finish what
we almost started.

The dates
Friday 30 April – Monday 3 May 2027 (bank holiday), plus build & break days either side.
The shape
Multiple connected spaces & yards — each brand shop needs a real doorway. Target 4,000–5,500 visitors per day.
The pilot
A conversation about weekly 포장마차 nights through summer and autumn — a recurring market that makes Truman the seasonal home of Korean food.
The next step
A site walk with the neighbourhood map in hand — which spaces, availability, and your rate card.
One weekend made London search for Korean food like never before. Imagine what an address can do.
