It’s knowing what makes people care, what makes them travel across the city, and how to tell their story so it spreads.

I only work with restaurants I actually love — whether it’s a ten-seat omakase or a takeaway counter that changes how you think about fried chicken. Sometimes I pay for my own meals, sometimes I’m invited in, but either way, if it’s here, it’s because it’s good.
